I found the parking situation confusing. There were not enough instructions. I was misdirected to check in at the restaurant initially. The television also didn't work properly, as no stations could be accessed.

Free parking was easy to access.

Check-in was at the restaurant across the road and it was very awkward. I had to stand in a busy restaurant with all my baggage. There was no way to get help after the restaurant closed, no phone was available, and room service was not offered.

The room was very clean, modern, and comfy! The bathroom had lovely shower products and large fluffy towels. A selection of coffee pods was available for the coffee machine. I found the location was a quick walk to the Ferry, so I headed over to Gunwharf Quay.

The hotel lacked instructions on parking and check-in.
